AF7 BBQ

Stopped by their food truck when our apartment complex hosted it for a monthly promotion. We were so excited to have BBQ come to us! We ordered the Kitchen Sink with brisket. It came with all three meats, macaroni, and beans (pictured). Lots of great food for an affordable price. We loved the truck manager. So nice. Quick service! And they did take credit card payment. We will be on the lookout for future spots with this food truck, and will definitely consider for future catering services.

They recently visited our apartment complex, ordered the smoked chicken grilled cheese and it was fantastic. Flavor was outstanding with quite good portions. However, I also ordered a side of Mac & Cheese which came in a small Styrofoam cup and it lacked any flavor. It was not very cheesy or warm, however both their kitchen sink and grilled cheese's are fantastic. Service was quite friendly and hilarious too.

MY FAV BBQ truck EVER! I had written a post that seems to have disappeared but this place is so good I have to write one again. I've enjoyed cuisine from AF7 probably a dozen times now and every time leaves me craving more! I'm not sure which I think greater of, their ribs or their mac & cheese. Both are the best I've had almost anywhere and I'm a BBQ nut! (I'm also lactose intolerant so for me to risk eating cheese with some pills, really says a lot!) Their brisket, beans, chicken, slaw and everything else I've had has been just as good too! And the help, I cant say enough good things about the welcoming friendly folks they have working this truck every time I see them. Keep up the great work guys!!

The AF7 food truck came to our apartment complex and I would 100% recommend. The grilled cheese was awesome and the banana pudding was equally as great. Definitely going to try more of the menu next time they come around.

Last night my husband came into our neighborhood to see the foodtruck so he stopped, ordered 1, yes 1 rib, 3 salmon tacos and coleslaw. I didn't know about the rib until after he and my son ate it. I had to listen to how good it was so the tacos I made for dinner were abandoned and we went back to order a real portion of ribs. Thick, juicy, flavorful and tender. I gave the bones to my dog who paced the house looking for more. I will definitely go visit again. The salmon tacos were flavorful and well balanced. Mmmmmmmm. My mouth is watering thinking of my experience.

AF7’s food truck was outside the Red Hare for trivia night this past week. I was told by friends that all of their food was excellent and they did not disappoint! Their beef brisket was amazing! So tasty and tender!

The team at Angelfire BBQ did an absolutely flawless job while catering our wedding. Prior to our decision to have them serve at our event, they invited us to a vineyard that their food truck was at. As soon as we sampled the food it was one of the easiest decisions while planning our wedding - they are experts when it comes to BBQ. As if that wasn't enough, the appetizers and sides they provided were also top notch. Their communication during the months prior to the wedding couldn't have been better. During the event itself, the Angelfire staff were very "fire and forget." They worked directly with the wedding venue to set up all of the catering items, and their flexibility allowed for zero issues despite the less-than-ideal weather we had. To top it all off, ALL of our guests raved about the quality of the food; especially the whole hog that they prepared the morning of the wedding. Thanks again to Angelfire - we look forward to visiting your food truck every chance that we get!
