Gaston Street Eats Food Truck

I was able to try Gaston Street Eats Co. and it was delicious. I’m got a few different things to try from menu. I got the Coastal with the black eyed pea salad. I loved this one. Everything was seasoned. I loved the grit cakes. They were fried golden in the outside and nice and creamy in the inside. The shrimp was cooked to order. The red potatoes and corn was delicious. I also had the Jambalaya. I loved this play on it. It was served with the grit cakes as well. It had crawfish, chicken, and sausage. The flavors were great. My son had the chicken and waffles. He liked it but would’ve liked a side of syrup with it. It was made like a chicken and waffle sandwich. I hope to be able to enjoy them again in the future.

They came to my job today for provider appreciation. I ordered the bourbon and hen over grit cake and creamy Mac🥂. So good

회사 행사때 제법 마음에 드는 트럭이다.푸드 트럭은 두번 만나기가 힘든다는데...그간 만나봤던 푸드트럭 중 가장 인상 깊었던 트럭이다. 아마도 분위가가 좋았던것도 같다. 음식도 괜찮고 짜지 않았다. 다시 만나게 되면 반가울것 같다.

Do yourself a favor - if you see this food truck- PULL OVER AND GET YOU SOME!! Some of the best food I have ever tasted. Had it at a Christmas Party tonight and already scoping out their schedule. Midnight bloom and Brussels. Wow!

Wow! Absolutely delicious. Had the bourbon chicken, Mac & cheese balls, fried green tomatoes & pecan pie for dessert. Everything was made to perfection and so delicious. Staff was super friendly. If you need to cater a party, this is the way to go! Everyone at our event loved it. Great menu and they accommodated dietary restrictions (that they were made aware of before hand). 10/10.

Hired Gaston Eats for a college graduation party for my son based solely off a Google search! The food was amazing with large portions, and the staff took excellent care of us. Everyone raved about the experience. This was a great way to not have to worry about what to serve, or the clean up. We were all very impressed and will be experiencing The Cheesy Truck at a retirement party next month!

Oh my goodness. We found Laura and her team by chance (it was obviously the Lord providing a miracle!!) and could not have been happier with how they handled their service for our event! Food truck, itself, was a blast!! Totally set the mood! And several guests took the time to come up to me and tell me how delicious and filling the food was! We were beyond pleased with everything! THANK YOU, GUYS!!

This truck was our dinner for our family get together this past weekend. I wish I had slowed down to take a picture, but I am not sure it would do the food justice. My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner. He had a shredded pork and I had the chicken, then pecan pie for dessert. I want to tell you I have never had, nor desired pecan pie, but everyone was raving so much, I had to try it. It was so good! It was like a fried pie. My cousin said it was the best she had ever had. Oh, they also had chicken fingers and tots for the young ones. My grandchildren are both at the stage where they don’t eat much, but they were eating this up. Needless to say, I highly recommend!
