Mike(the owner) was very easy to communicate with. The listing on Facebook marketplace made it easy to reach out. Mike answered all of my MANY questions, told me what he had in stock and helped me decide on what size and configuration of trailer I wanted. I was able to coordinate a time to meet at his store and was there and on the way home with a signed for trailer in less than 30 minutes. His office staff was fantastic and they were all very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend looking at Royal Trailers if you are looking for a trailer of any type. They also sell some pretty cool golf carts and bad boy mowers( I really want one).

Great communication and answered all my questions. Gave me an out the door price and was a man of his word. Talked with me about a couple options and made sure everything was good to go before I left. Hooked it up and went over the whole trailer to make sure there were no issues. I was very pleased and glad I went with them.

I contacted Mike about having a 26’ car hauler trailer built. I explained to Mike what I planned on hauling. We then decided to get the heavier axels, custom fenders, custom trailer, spare tire, brake assists. Trailer pulled great and looks great. Can’t wait to load it up and try it out. Royal trailers have amazing prices, and great customer service.

I was tasked by the owner of the company I work for to purchase a 6x12 tandem axle cargo trailer. I searched and searched and kept coming back to the ads that Mike had posted on fb. Sure, I could have driven 2-3 hours where these are manufactured and paid 300-400 less but at the end of the day I've been in sales for over 20 years and understand that his business has to eat as well. By the time I would have spent 150 ish on fuel to go buy one in GA, I would have spent more. Mike is very personable and easy to deal with. So much that I went back and bought a SECOND trailer a couple weeks ago! For the life of me I cannot remember the cute chick that did paperwork on the 2nd trailer but she was awesome as well. Will definitely be back!

Bought a Bad Boy LT Elite, then went back and got a 6.5 x 12 dove tail trailer. Must be the most professional/accommodating business in the area! If you need a Bad Boy mower, or a trailer, go see my friend Mike! I really believe you will be more than satisfied.
