Walking in front of this place got me interested, but they sure don’t make it easy to get customers.
Zero presence in Google maps, a website or even Facebook, opening hours don't mention when dinner starts.
I eventually managed to pass these hurdles and went inside to look at the menu (only way to figure out what they actually serve), and made a dinner reservation, looking forward to some arroz caldoso.
Dinner comes, the single waiter takes time to take orders and struggles so hard with another table she actually has to ask another customer to translate. Luckily I can speak Spanish, so we can start to order.
“Arroz caldoso is only for pre-order, we don’t have it”. Nowhere on the menu has the words “por encargo”, and it was never suggested when making a reservation. This was not due to a miscommunication, the waiter just won't try to make a discussion with foreigners, even Spanish speakers. When making a reservation I first asked when the dinner starts, and without answering a word, she went to get the reservation book expecting me to simply guess for a suitable time.
Since that dish was our planned main course, we just got the bill - but this fine dining wannabe won't take card payments? Absolutely bizarre management here, must be a money laundering operation.
